PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr Chan began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., Malaysia (now known as Ernst & Young Malaysia). During his tenure, he handled various audit and transaction advisory engagements. In January 2003, he joined Pacific Star Group (Singapore) as Group Accountant, followed by Citibank Berhad as Assistant Vice-President, Financial Control, Global Consumer Banking, overseeing accounting and financial reporting.

In 2006, he joined AXIS Development Sdn Bhd as a Senior Finance Manager and later moved to Axis REIT Managers Berhad in August 2008, where he played key roles in business development, investor relations, and property investment strategies in managing Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (“Axis REIT”), listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

From 2016 until 2021, Mr Chan left Axis REIT to become the Chief Operating Officer of AREA Management Sdn Bhd (“AREA”), leading the development of AREA Logistics. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in October 2020 and tasked with overseeing Compass IP Sdn Bhd, a joint venture focused on developing a 220-acre industrial park, between the shareholders of AREA, entities of Permodalan Nasional Berhad and KWEST Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan)). He also co-founded Alpha REIT Managers Sdn Bhd with shareholders of AREA, the manager of Alpha REIT, a Shariah-compliant unlisted REIT focusing on education and education-related assets. He left AREA Group in November 2021 to join I REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“Manager”) as Chief Executive Officer and was a key member of the management team leading the listing of AME REIT. He was appointed as Executive Director in April 2022..

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr Liow has more than 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, and audit. Mr Liow is the Finance Manager of the Manager and is responsible for overseeing the Manager’s and AME REIT’s overall accounting and financial matters.

Mr Liow commenced his career as an Account Assistant in Marcus Ching & Associates in July 2011, and was subsequently promoted to the position of Audit Semi Senior in January 2013. Mr Liow left Marcus Ching & Associates in July 2013 to join KPMG Malaysia as an Audit Associate. Mr Liow progressed smoothly from an Audit Associate to Audit Senior Associate, Audit Assistant Manager and Audit Manager in January 2015, January 2016 and January 2018 respectively, before he left KPMG Malaysia in January 2019. In March 2019, Mr Liow joined AME Construction Sdn Bhd as a Corporate Accountant. He was then promoted to the position of Finance Manager in January 2021. In May 2022, Mr Liow was transferred from AME Construction Sdn Bhd to the Manager as the Finance Manager.

Mr Liow was redesignated as Head of Finance and Investor Relations of the Manager on 1 May 2024.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms Lee Ling Sien has more than 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing of properties. Ms Lee is responsible for AME REIT’s real estate management and operations. She heads the leasing function for the property portfolio which includes tenant relationship management and oversees and property maintenance together with the property manager.

Ms Lee started her career as a Marketing Trainee with Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of AXIS REIT in October 2012 and subsequently a Marketing Executive in January 2013. She left Axis REIT in February 2013 to join AME Development Sdn Bhd (“AME Development”) as a Marketing and Planning Executive. Ms Lee was promoted to the position of Business Development Executive in July 2015 and subsequently to the position of Marketing Manager in January 2018. In May 2020, Ms Lee was appointed as an Alternate Director to Lee Chai in AME Elite Consortium Berhad. Ms Lee was subsequently transferred from AME Development to I REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“Manager”) in May 2022 as the Operations Manager.

Ms Lee was redesignated as Head of Real Estate of the Manager on 1 May 2024.

Apart from the involvement in the Manager, Ms Lee also appointed to the Board of certain subsidiary companies of AME Elite Consortium Berhad ("AME Elite") since October 2023. On 8 August 2024, Ms Lee is appointed as the Executive Director of the Manager and Mr Lee Chun Kiat be appointed as her Alternate Director.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms Kuan Pek Kwan has approximately 10 years of corporate secretarial experience in property, retail and services industries, for both public and private companies. Ms Kuan is responsible for ensuring the I REIT Managers Sdn Bhd’s (“Manager”) compliance with securities law, regulations and guidelines governing the regulated activities that are being carried out by the Manager.

Ms Kuan began her career as an Assistant Company Secretary in ASI Secretarial Services Sdn Bhd from August 2013 to December 2014. In January 2015, she left to join Lion Group Management Services Sdn Bhd as a Secretarial Executive. She left in July 2017 and joined Hap Seng Management Services Sdn Bhd as a Secretarial Executive until January 2020. Ms Kuan subsequently joined Tricor Corporate Services Sdn Bhd in June 2020 as a Senior Associate. In April 2022, Ms Kuan left Tricor Corporate Services Sdn Bhd to join the Manager.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr Lee Chun Kiat’s role is to assist the CEO in executing AME REIT’s strategy to expand the fund size. He originates and evaluates potential pipeline properties for AME REIT and oversees the due diligence process for all property investments/divestments. He also assists the Head of Finance and Investor Relations on investor relation activities.

Mr Lee commenced his career as the Corporate Planning Executive in AME Development Sdn Bhd in June 2020. He was transferred to I REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“Manager”) in May 2022 as the Investment Officer before being promoted to the position of Assistant Manager – Investment in January 2023. Mr Lee was redesignated as Manager, Business Development and Investor Relations of the Manager on 1 May 2024. Apart from the involvement in I REIT, Mr Lee also involved in the business development and operational activities following his appointment to the Board of certain subsidiary companies within AME Elite Consortium Berhard ("AME Elite")'s companies in construction and engineering division since October 2023.

On 8 August 2024, Mr Lee is appointed as the Alternate Director to Ms Lee Ling Sien, the Executive Director also the Head of Real Estate of the Manager and the Alternate Director to Mr Lee Sai Boon, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of AME Elite.
